Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and highly organized individual to join our Loan Company as a Secretary. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities will be key to your success in this role.


  1. Provide administrative support: Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and maintaining files and records.

  2. Answer and screen phone calls: Manage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as appropriate, and taking messages when necessary.

  3. Greet visitors: Welcome guests and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and appropriately.

  4. Prepare and edit documents: Create and format various documents, including memos, letters, reports, and presentations. Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.

  5. Coordinate meetings and events: Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events by scheduling venues, coordinating logistics, and preparing necessary materials.

  6. Handle correspondence: Draft and respond to emails and other forms of correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.

  7. Maintain office supplies: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, place orders when necessary, and ensure adequate stock is available.

  8. Handle confidential information: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

  9. Perform general office duties: Perform tasks such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing documents, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail.

  10. Support teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to other team members as needed to ensure efficient office operations.


  1. Education and experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in an administrative role or as a secretary is preferred.

  2. Excellent organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  3. Strong communication skills: Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to draft professional correspondence.

  4. Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.

  5. Proficient computer skills: Comfortable using various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
